iTunes to search your PC for music however, that will cause all your
playlists, ratings, even Album Artwork, etc from the copied PC to get lost.
Otherwise you can investigate some of the iPod to PC copy/backup utilities
where it will copy everything from your iPod to the PC. I don't know if
those utilities will overwrite the existing library of the PC or will append
to it.
Other then those above that I can think of your safest choice may be to
backup the library onto CD in data format and restore on the 2nd PC.
No matter which way you choose it's likely going to be a labor intensive and
even boring task.
