[applekeynote] Crediting pictures in presentations

I've just read Garr Reynolds' Presentation Zen book, and I've also
admired lots of other presentations that feature pictures instead of
bullet points and text.
But my question is let's say you get the picture from a site like
iStockPhoto, Shutterstock, or even Flickr. Where are you putting the
credit for the photo or the copyright info? I don't see them
appearing on people's slides -- and if they did, they'd be
distracting. So how are you handling them?
