I've had this problem several times, Scott.

Normally a restart of iTunes will fix it.

If that fails, restart the Mac, holding down the command-option-P-R
keys until you hear the startup chime three times, thus resetting the
PRAM. Then repair disc permissions using Disc Utility.

If the problem still hasn't vanished, then delete the iTunes
Preferences file (~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist).

Good luck!

Archie
