When I've had this situation, I've checked against the length of the
track. So long as it's the same as the length of the track in iTunes,
you'll normally be on the right lines. If they're both the same,
check you have the album artwork for them both in which case it
probably doesn't matter which one you delete.
I'm sure someone will come along with a better idea but this has
worked for me so far!
