I have done this as well and it was annoying when the chapters kept
playing when I had music on shuffle. To get round this, highlight all
the "tracks" of the book, right click on them and go to "get info". At
the bottom, second from right, is a box "skip when shuffling". Make
sure that says "yes" then OK. I have also put all mine into a playlist
called whatever the book is called.
