Anything that is communicable through body fluids may be able to transfer through earplugs shared usage. Why not ask an ENT (EarsNoseThroat) Doctor to be sure?

I wish someone would look into the effect of sharing earplugs? I see

all my students sharing earplugs and wonder what kinds of germs are

also being shared. And if we will start seeing an increase in ear

infections due to this ear plug sharing.
