the original goes too?
What do you see if you look at the folders within the iTunes Music
folder using Win Explorer? Are there dups there?

I had to use a program to undelete those files and lost count of how many songs had been saved so I ended up with duplicates and then uploaded the entire library of songs twice. Every time I have tried to delete copies, the originals get deleted too. I have never been able to get rid of the dups, sigh. I haven't found a program that will delete the dups for me yet so I'm not touching the music on my external. I don't have a burner on my laptop so I'm stuck with dups, lol.
