[Apple iPod] What are they? Who makes them? What are they called?

Greetings.

There are the Apple in-ear headphones for 40 dollars and then even
cheaper are some sort of sleeves that you can get for 10. They go on
the stock earphones and re-create the effect of an in-ear headphone.
What are those? Does anyone know what I'm referring to?
