[Apple iPod] Adding more then one iPod to iTunes

Hi group. My wife and I each have our own iPods. She doesn't like most
of my music and I don't care for much of hers either. How do we go
about setting up two different accounts on iTunes so we don't get each
others music synched to our iPods?
