[Apple iPod] Moving iTunes

The original hard drive on my computer is split between C & D. I have
iTunes on my C drive right now. The C drive is getting full and I would
like to move it to an additional hard drive I had installed on the same
computer. It shows as H. How can I move iTunes and all the
music,podcasts,photos,etc on it out of C and keep it the way it is?
Some of the music is purchased,some is from CD's, a lot is from a
different source which I also have saved on an external hard drive
as "My Music".
