[Apple iPod] Apple Account Information ??'s

Hi,

Can someone please answer my questions?

1. In the Apple Account Page, down on the bottom there is a My
iTunes: Disable. What happens if I enable that?

2. I am subscribe to a few Pod Casts...how do I UNSUBSCRIBE?
