[Apple iPod] files on 2 computers

I have my music on the old computer and IPod and downloaded an
audiobook on my
laptop. Can I move my libraries from the old computer to the laptop
without loosing my audiobook. The laptop has the new Vista. I guess I
should have been downloaded on my old computer. I am sure this is all
very simple but confusing at first. Someone setup my ipod for me.
