[Apple iPod] iTouch - Listen Now?

I have found that I cant use the iTouch for the Listen Now features
such as on the BBC site to listen to R4 for instance. I get a cant
download Real Player error. Is it not possible to use the iTouch to
listen to live radio, if so, what a shame. I guess we can't expect the
iTouch to do everything a PC does, but surely if it can do YouTube,
which it does well, then it can stream. So why not radio?
