I've taken a look at it. Interesting new features but still no hardware-enabled transitions or effects from what I can see. I was hoping that as "the largest 3rd-party Mac software company", they'd offer better Quartz/QuartzExtreme integration. That's the biggest issue for me that sets Keynote (and other Apple) products apart.
