Thanks. Will check it out. But based on a recent very unpleasant 1.5 hr. tech support phone call in which I spoke with no fewer than 7 unhelpful people, I'm reluctant to do business with Adobe again. That said, I admit I'll probably buy the new MS Office after swearing them off years ago!

Any other ideas?

Hi Tim,

I haven't used this lately with Keynote, but I would like to suggest
that you try Adobe Acrobat Connect. It has all the features you
mentioned in your message, including desktop sharing. They have
recently upgraded it to improve the quality of streaming media.
Connect plays well with Flash. 

Adobe gives you a free 30 day trial of Acrobat Connect. I would be
interested to see how it works for you.
