is simply an error on your part. I would hate to think that apple is going
to start restricting content to only that which is purchased from their
store.
I rip allot of movies and music and videos to my iPod and only rarely (very
rarely these days) do I purchase anything from the iTunes Store.
Is it possible that the size of the 2 movies exceeds the available space on
your iTouch and that maybe the error that would normally display is
suppressed?
Is it possible that the 2 movies are copy protected and they somehow
restrict you to a single device?

Subject: [Apple iPod] trouble adding to play list
I purchased some movies from apple and they go into both my video ipod and
the itouch ipod
I also purchased legally 2 movies and they go into the video ipod easily but
not into the itouch...seems apple only wants their stuff to be used...any
ideas
