Just start-up iTunes and insert the CD. If your computer starts
up another app like Media Player or such to play the CD just close out
the app. iTunes should show the tracks on your CD and offer to Rip
them for you. Make sure that only the song(s) you want have a
check-mark in the box on the left. iTunes will rip the song and it
will put it on your iPod next time you sync.
