i9 think you are confusing meta tag info with file name. they are
independent. not the same beast. IME. on a mac. YMMV.

i hope someone can help too, as for me, within itunes every track of
my 60k plus are editable from within the get info window. in fact i
even have a widget that automagically injects lyrics into every file
that is played, its called pearlyrics, i think they got sued into
oblivion tho'
