It's not a complete solution as it doesn't seem to display with live
presentations (at least I couldn't make it work in 10.5.1 and iWork
'08), but it could be useful if you're dropping out of a presentation
to demo stuff in OS X. It takes the video feed from an OS X-friendly
source and displays it on the screen. Simple, but effective.
Oh, and it's free - and the developer is a genuinely nice guy.
