[Apple iPod] Why Buy a ITouch?

Hi,
I want to buy a MP3 player. I went to Best Buy; my choices were Nano,
Classic or the ITouch.

What are the pros or cons of these units.

I was told to stick with the Nano or ITouch due to the Flash Drive.

Since I will be using the unit for walking, running and horseback
riding. The jarring may be an issue.
