Tracks from Limewire are downloaded into the folder you nominate when
you first download the programme. You should be able to just transfer
them to iTunes by drag and drop or File/Add file to library in the
usual way. If they're a different format, iTunes will ask you if you
want to convert them. If you're not sure which folder they download
into, have a look in the Limewire library tab and that should give you
the path.
