[Apple iPod] CUCUSOFT DVD Ripper

I purchased CUCUSOFT DVD to ipod ripper some time back and it worked
great. They sent me an upgrade and whenever I run the application to
transfer a DVD to my IPOD I get the proverbial message That windows has
detected an error with XXX and is shutting down the application. Two
emails to CUCUSOFT and I get the system generated message. Anyone have
a similiar experience and any resolution????

I'm going to be spending several weeks in Italy and 15 hours on a
flight WITHOUT entertainment is ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!
