Note: Do not move these files or folders elsewhere. Copy-and-paste these resources to another location if you want to get to them ore easily. Also, this is novice-level hackery, proceed at your own risk.
1. Keynote (Show Package Contents) > Contents > Resouces > Themes > LegacyAssets
This folder appears full of theme backgrounds and cut-outs from the olden days of Keynote as well as some fills. The cut-outs are PDF files and do work as expected when dropped onto a slide.
2. Keynote (Show Package Contents) > Contents > Resouces > Themes > Shared
This folder contains all of the stock photos used in Apple's slide previews in varying degrees of decent to good resolutions. It also contains PDFs and tiffs of bullet objects, custom line resources, fills, more theme backgrounds, and other miscellaneous objects.
I wouldn't suggest using these elements on other projects like websites (would probably violate a license agreement), but since they are all items created for Keynote, I imagine it should be okay to use them in Keynote however you want on a not-for-profit basis.
Regards again,
Robert
