[applekeynote] Keynote 09 - Can't open new document (Update)

A little more investigation has revealed a problem with some older
themes (specifically, Sandstone and Leather Book). I removed these
from their themes folder and all is now right with the (Keynote) world.

I was never very fond of leather book, so I permanently deleted that,
but I used the "save as new theme" method of salvaging Sandstone and
that worked fine.

If anyone has already responded to this (I get Keynote Group in digest
form), my apologies. I panicked. ;-)

P.S. The only thing I wasn't able to do is have Sandstone show up only
once in the chooser. I saved each of the two sizes as a new theme, and
both show up in the chooser. Is there a way to get only one to show up
at a time, depending on which size template I'm looking for?
