I was trying to set the end position of one "side" panel of my Refections theme and the darn thing would jump and not stay in the position I wanted (to the pixel). Arrow keys do not work on the red end position diamond. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I had to adjust the START position on the prior slide. Which caused other issues.
