You can also use the - and = keys to bring up a mini slide navigator,
but it's no where near as large or flexible as PPT's (bummer). you can
then at least keep hitting the = to move forward through the
thumbnails, or type a number and hit return to trigger a certain
slide. I used to use a Griffin PowerMate to scroll through slides,
then I set it so I had to push and hold a bit before triggering the
selection. Pushing quickly was set to advance one build. It worked
pretty well actually :)
