[applekeynote] Clockhand

Hi: I am trying to take a line and have it go through a clock hand
like motion: One end remaining in its original location, the other
moving through a partial arc - My brain tells me there must be a
fairly simple way to do this, but I am not seeing it (other than
making a Photoshop image, partially masking it, and trying to see if
the rotation command will apply to the original image...)
Anyone try to create this effect before?
