We are talking about 2 things here. One is the theme that gives you a border, you would have to buy that.
And it is done with an image of graduations and it cannot be edited unless you were to do that to a couple of images within the .key package.
The other comment I was making was you can do something similar without the theme using simple shapes.
That is what my recent comments where about. And no, you don't have a border with that method.
