Could it be the battery?.... As many times that Ive
connected my naon3 Ive only seen the charging icon
once. Im assuming its charging during the editing
states while in iTunes.

Or possibly the cpu is having a problem and rebooting.
Can you do a hard reset? "Select and Menu" keys at the
same time? I think you need to hold them for a bit.
