Re: [Apple iPod] Help on Changing Library

Reading this question, makes me realise why I dislike my iPod. Apple
don't seem to care that most people nowadays have access to, and use
more than one computer. I use 3 on a regular basis, home desktop,
laptop and another desktop at work. I found to my cost, while on
holiday earlier this year, when I plugged my ipod into my new laptop,
that I had not plugged the ipod into until then, (I needed to recharge
the ipod, and the US pin adapter for some reason did not work so I had
to resort to the laptop via the usb cable) I managed to remove
everything on the ipod and had to pay for some software to get
everything back, or settle for a very boring 11 hour night flight home,
with only the planes on offer entertainment, since the reason I bought
the iPod in the first place was for these occasions, I wasn't best
pleased. Most of the time I use an Archos, nice simple drag and drop
system, no paranoia about sharing my music/videos between systems. If
I had been at home no problem, I could have just plugged the iPod into
the desktop that houses the itunes library and put everything back on.
In this day and age, why can't Apple let me just drag and drop between
computers?
