[Apple iPod] trasnferring files from one PC to another

Just bought a new PC and I need to move my iTunes files over to it in
such a way that my iPod will recognize it; I am hoping to do it so
that it is transparent to the iPod.

Does anyone know the best way to accomplish this task? thanks.
