[Apple iPod] sync IPOD Video errors

Hi Everybody,

I owm an IPOD Video and when I sync with ITunes, he just copy half of
the musics that are on my computer. It shows the error -69.

After that I receive a message from Windows XP saying that it failed
to do a late copy on IPOD.

When I eject the IPOD using ITunes or with Windows XP, he disconnect
on ITunes, but on the screen of the IPOD it still shows do not
disconect for a very long time.

Someone knows what could I do to resolve this problem?

Is it because I'm using the newest version of ITunes? I'm using the
newest one. Before I never this problem.

I don't know what to do, I'm really desperate.
