[Apple iPod] Purchased Movies From iTunes

I bought a movie from iTunes yesterday and have it saved in my
library. It is now on my new Nano.
Question:
Can I also load this move on another "Non Ipod" MP3 Player and still be
able to view it? If so, what do I do, simply load it in the other MP3
player from my hard drive on my PC?
