[Apple iPod] Organizing Artists

I have a 60G Video and a Nano. I have spent way too many hours trying
to get my music organized by going through and making sure all the
artists are entered the exact same way. However when I sync Bob Marley,
and many other artists, show up multiple times. What's the deal and how
do I fix it?
I did some searches on the forum but didn't find anything helpful. If
there has been a thread the would awnser my question plese let me know
what to search.
