about 3-4,000 songs on my iPod, and had my library (syncing to) my
iMac. I tried to install Leopard, and found that some of my other
software and hardware no longer worked, so on advice from Apple, I
reinstalled my older version of OS X. Unfortunately, the re-install
wiped out everything on my iMac's disk including my iTunes library.
When I reinstalled iTunes and tried to sync my iPod, I got the message
that continuing would wipe out everything on the iPod and replace it
with what is on the iMac iTunes (Which is nothing)--needless to say I
did not do it.
My Question: Is there any way to get my songs from my iPod back onto
my iMac? I feel like a hostage. Any help will be most appreciated.
Thank you.
