[Apple iPod] Help on Changing Library

Hello. I am new to your group. I am 61 and not very computer savy.
My iTunes library on a Toshiba XP laptop. I have a new Vista desktop.
I want to remove the library from the XP and put it on the Desktop. I
just don't know how to do it. All help would be appreicated.
